2. Products and Services

Kyo Cheats provides digital software products for gaming enhancement. All products are:

Delivered digitally after payment confirmation
Licensed for personal use only
Subject to updates and modifications
Provided "as is" without warranty

3. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

PayPal Friends & Family: Must include invoice ID in payment note
Litecoin (LTC): Processed after 1 network confirmation
Credit/Debit Card: Processed securely via our payment provider. A 10% processing fee applies to card transactions under $60, and a 7% fee applies to transactions $60 and above. Payment is confirmed automatically upon successful charge.

All prices are in USD. Payment must be received within 24 hours of invoice creation.

Credit Card Chargebacks & Disputes: Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your product is strictly prohibited. Any disputed transaction will result in immediate suspension of your license and account. We reserve the right to pursue further action to recover losses from fraudulent disputes.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

All sales are final once the product key/download is delivered
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for undelivered products
No refunds for detected/banned accounts resulting from product use
Contact support within 24 hours for refund requests

5. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

Use products at your own risk
Not redistribute, resell, or share products
Not reverse engineer or modify our software
Accept responsibility for any consequences of use

6. Limitation of Liability

Kyo Cheats is not responsible for:

Game bans or account suspensions
Hardware or software damage
Loss of data or game progress
Any indirect or consequential damages

7. Privacy

We collect minimal information necessary to process orders:

Email address for order communication
Payment information is processed by third parties
We do not sell or share your personal information
